For the home you plan to stay in

Your place, handled.

You know your house better than anyone. Moses keeps it all in one calm record: where the water shuts off, when the filter was last changed, who has a key. So staying in your own home stays easy.

Moses is a digital service for people anywhere in the world. There’s no office to visit. Your House File goes wherever you and your family are.

Made for staying put

If it’s your home

You’ve kept this house going for years. You still run it. The ladder and the crawl space are just less fun than they used to be. Moses keeps the facts in one place, so you’re not hunting for the warranty, the filter size, or the name of the company that serviced the air conditioner. You decide what goes in and who sees it.

If you help someone with theirs

Maybe you live a few hours away. Maybe you’re the neighbor with the spare key. A shared House File means everyone reads the same page: where the shutoff is, when the gutters were last done, what was fixed and by whom. No 40-message group text. It’s their home and their file. You’re on it because they asked you.

Also for a condo, a rental, a small office, or a restaurant you look after.

How it works

  1. Tell it what you know. Say it, type it, or take a photo. “Water shutoff is in the garage, left wall behind the shelf.”
  2. Put it where it belongs. People, Map, Bones, Cycles, Stay-home, Papers, History. Who, where, what, and when.
  3. Share it with who you choose. A son in Atlanta, a neighbor next door. Everyone sees the same record.
  4. Keep it for years. Every fix, receipt, and renewal stays with the house.

What Moses is, and what it isn’t

Moses helps you keep your home running on your terms. It doesn’t take anything over.

Moses is

  • A House File: the memory of one home, kept in one place
  • Calm tools for whoever keeps the house: who, where, what, when
  • A record you can keep for years, and hand to whoever you choose

Moses is not

  • A contractor marketplace
  • Medical advice or diagnosis
  • Cameras or surveillance
  • Live dispatch or a “plumber on the phone”
  • Someone to manage your money or your life

Anywhere you call home

Moses is a digital service for people anywhere in the world. There’s no local office and no crew to wait for. The pages below are local examples of what a House File tends to hold in very different places. They are not a list of the only places Moses works.

Charleston, South Carolina

Whether it’s a peninsula house you’ve lived in for decades or a newer place in the suburbs, the Lowcountry wants the same things written down: the shutoffs, the termite bond, and a flood policy that is not the same document as homeowners insurance.

Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Borough brick, township wells, and a winter that splits an outdoor spigot. The file holds the shutoff, the fuel company, and the sump, so January is just January.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria

Snow on the roof, the chimney sweep’s visits, and an outdoor tap to close before the first frost. The file keeps the dates and the names.

Guadalajara and Lake Chapala, Jalisco

A dry season and a rainy one. The rooftop water tank, the gas delivery, and sealing the roof before the rains all belong in one record.

Taipei

Plum rains, typhoons, and humid summers. The file keeps the building contacts, the water tower cleaning, and where the gas shuts off.

Jingzhou, Hubei

Hot, humid summers on the Yangtze and damp winters indoors. The file keeps the property office number, the water heater, and the rainy-season checks.

Tromsø, Troms

Long dark winters, snow on the roof, and pipes that can freeze. The file keeps the heat pump, the wood stove and chimney sweep, and the spring-melt checks.

Why MOSES?

MOSES stands for My Other Son Estate Services. Every house does better with someone who knows where everything is: the shutoff, the warranty, the roofer who did the job right. That used to be the son who lived down the street. Moses is the memory that son carried. It works for you and doesn’t take charge of anything. Your place, handled.
