These are the rules for using trustmoses.com. We have tried to keep them short and plain. By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Moses is a product of Orca LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company also registered in South Carolina. On this page, “Moses,” “we,” and “us” mean Orca LLC. “You” means anyone using this website.

What Moses is today

Moses is not open yet, and nothing is on sale. Today, this website offers three things:

• Information about Moses and the House File we are building.
• A waitlist, so we can tell you when the House File opens near you.
• Ask Moses, a chat that answers common questions with ready-made answers and lets you send us a message.

The sample House File on this site (the Miller home) uses made-up example information.

Information only, not professional advice

Everything on this site, including Ask Moses answers, is general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, insurance, or trade advice (such as plumbing, electrical, roofing, or heating and cooling). For advice about your home, your money, or your health, please talk with a qualified professional. In an emergency, such as a gas smell, a fire, or flooding, call 911 or your local emergency number.

We do not send or book contractors

Moses does not dispatch, book, hire, or supervise contractors or other service providers. If you hire someone, that agreement is between you and them. We are not responsible for their work, prices, or conduct.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• use this site to break the law,
• send spam or pretend to be someone else,
• send us someone else's private information without their permission,
• try to break into, overload, or interfere with the site, or
• copy the site in bulk or scrape it with automated tools.

We may remove messages or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

What you send us

When you join the waitlist or send us a message, please make sure the information is accurate and yours to share. You still own what you write. You give us permission to use it to answer you, to run Moses, and to improve our answers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Our content

The Moses name, logo, words, pictures, and design on this site belong to Orca LLC. You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, and print or download pages and sample documents for your own personal use.

No promises about the site

We work hard to keep this site accurate and working, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of mistakes, or up to date. We provide the site “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Orca LLC is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this site or relying on anything on it, including Ask Moses answers. This site is free to use. If we are ever found responsible to you for anything about this site, our total responsibility is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Links to other websites

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Changes to these terms

We may update the site and these terms. When we change the terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
